Photography Orders
All photographs are available in 8"x10" and 30"x40", as well
as the 11"x14", 16"x20" and 20"x30" formats listed with each
offering. Sizes noted are the photo size; mats and
frames add several inches to the finished size. Frame
color selections include cherry, natural pine, honey pin and
whitewash grey. Mat color selections include forest
green, rich brown, cream and dark blue. Please see the
photographer's recommended mat and frame selection for each
image, and call with any questions.
Shipping
Most items will be shipped and insured via Federal Express
ground service within the continental United States at a 10%
charge on the original price. There is a minimum $6.50
shipping charge per order. Express shipping is also available at an
additional charge. For express shipping, or for
shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, USA Possessions
and foreign countries, please call for pricing and details.
Some items will require freight delivery service and
additional shipping time.
Holiday Orders
Orders placed after December 12 will require express
shipping service for delivery before Christmas. Please
call for pricing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your
purchase. If, for any reason, your selection doesn't
please you, simply return it within thirty days for a full
refund or exchange. We ask that you include the
receipt and indicate the reason for the return for our
records. Damages
We have experienced very few problems with damages in
shipping. We package each shipment with great care and
do all we can to ensure your order gets to you promptly and
safely. In the event that you receive a damaged
shipment, we ask that you please retain all shipping
materials and call us right away. We will advise you of what
to expect and how we can best fulfill your order.
